CELEBRATE VALENTINE’S DAY WITH YOUR RPO
Start with a classic musical on the big screen, add the world-class RPO,
VIP seats, roses, chocolates, dinner and even a romantic overnight

Rochester, NY – The Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra offers some special ways to celebrate with your Valentine this year. It all starts with Singing’ in the Rain, on Friday and Saturday, February 14 and 15 at 8 p.m. in Kodak Hall at Eastman Theatre. This American Film Institute’s all-time top movie musical stars Gene Kelly, Donald O'Connor and Debbie Reynolds, and features the beloved title song, along with "Make 'Em Laugh," "Fit as a Fiddle" and "You Were Meant for Me." The RPO brings its classic score to life with guest conductor Peter Bay, while you and your Valentine watch on the big screen.

Make it even more special with the Valentine Treat Package, which includes two VIP tickets to the concert on either night, along with a small rose bouquet and a "Love Under the Sea" five-truffle box from Hedonist Artisan Chocolates & Ice Cream to pick up at the concert ($125 per couple).

Already have tickets? Our $50 package includes the small rose bouquet and the “Love Under the Sea” truffles to pick up at the concert. Both packages are available by calling the Eastman Theatre Box Office at 585-454-2100. Orders must be placed by Wednesday, February 12.

Want to start the night out with dinner? The RPO has arranged special prix fixe menus at four nearby restaurants: Fraiche Bistro & Dessert Bar (130 East Avenue, 585-319-4313); Restaurant 2 Vine (24 Winthrop Street, 585-232-6020); Tournedos at the Inn on Broadway (26 Broadway, 585-232-3595); and Victoire Belgian Beer Bar & Bistro (120 East Avenue, 585-325-3663). Call restaurants directly to book your reservation. In addition, The Inn on Broadway also has special room rates available to RPO patrons for overnight stays.

Tickets for the concert only start at $22, with $10 student/child tickets available. All tickets may be purchased in person at the Eastman Theatre Box Office (433 East Main Street) and at all Wegmans That’s T.H.E. Ticket! locations, by phone at (585) 454-2100, or online at rpo.org.
