The RPO Strikes Back...

Rochester, N.Y., Feb. 27, 2006 – Join the Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra on Sunday, March 19 at 2 p.m. in the Eastman Theatre for an afternoon of music devoted to one of Hollywood’s favorite film composers, John Williams. RPO Principal Pops Conductor Jeff Tyzik leads the orchestra in a program that includes music from Catch Me If You Can, Jaws, Raiders of the Lost Ark, Schindler’s List, Star Wars, Superman and more. Ticketholders are invited to attend a complimentary Bagel Brunch beginning at 12:30 p.m. in the Atrium at Miller Center (formerly Eastman Place).
General admission tickets are $15, $10 for seniors, students, subscribers & donors, available online 24/7 at www.rpo.org, by phone (454-2100) and in person from the RPO Box Office, and at all Wegmans Video Departments. RPO Box Office Hours are Monday-Saturday, 10 a.m.-5 p.m. (non-concert Saturdays, 10 a.m.-3 p.m.). The Wegmans Video Department is open seven days a week, 10:30 a.m.-9 p.m. A convenience fee may apply.
The Casual Sunday Matinee Series is sponsored by the Democrat and Chronicle and Strong Health.
