Fandango and flamenco the night away in this spine-tingling concert of Spanish-inspired favorites! Mezzo-soprano Isabel Leonard, the Grammy Award-winning star of the New York Philharmonic, brings the vibrant folk songs of Andalusia to life, with music by two of Spain’s greatest musical voices, Enrique Granados and Manuel de Falla. Leonard's dazzling performance will be complemented by Ravel’s sultry and sensual Boléro. a music that hypnotically builds from a slow burn to a full-on blaze.

Join conductors and special guests for a free, fun, and lively discussion about the music before each Philharmonics Series concert. Talks start one hour before the concert and end with ample time for you to refresh before the concert begins. Talks are held on the orchestra level of the Eastman Theatre.

Special Donation: We will be collecting donations for victims of Hurricane Maria in Puerto Rico before and after the concert and at intermission. Please consider contributing to the Hispanic Federation's relief fund in cash or with a check.
