Jane Eaglen

Eaglen_Jane.jpgJane Eaglen has one of the most formidable reputations in the opera world. Enjoying unique success in the contrasting roles of Isolde, Leonore and Brunnhilde, she has garnered spectacular reviews worldwide. Other memorable operatic roles include Norma, Ariadne and Senta (The Flying Dutchman) in concert with the San Francisco Symphony Orchestra, Ortrud (Löhengrin), La Gioconda and Donna Anna. In 2005, Ms. Eaglen was awarded an honorary doctorate from McGill University. She became Artist in Residence at the University of Washington and Principal Vocal Instructor for the Young Artist Program of the Seattle Opera during the 2006-07 Season.
