Rochester’s own Mambo Kings can take the heat when they bring their spicy blend of Afro-Cuban rhythms and cool jazz riffs to Canandaigua. The evening also includes music by Tito Puente, Astor Piazzolla and Leonard Bernstein.

 Pre-concert activities: Learn Salsa rhythms with Kim Kane using bottle top castanets; make shaker instruments • 6:00-7:15 p.m.
