Exactly where is the pavilion, and how large is it?

What will the seating be like, and what is the capacity of the pavilion?

The seats are a comfortable, heavy-duty plastic, attached in rows, and numbered individually. The seating capacity is 1,900, divided into four zones, with wide aisles for easy access, and a fully finished, level floor constructed over the parking lot. We have added table seating in zone 1, with discounted prices for tables of 4. The Pavilion also will be completely accessible for people with disabilities or special needs. Please leave your pets at home.

How will the weather impact the concert experience?

The Pavilion is fully air-conditioned, with beautiful French doors positioned along the sides of the structure to let in natural light. The RPO is working with the best acoustical engineers to ensure quality of sound in case of rain. (Sound amplification is built-in to all the pavilion concerts.)

Can I buy concessions at the pavilion, and can I bring them to my seat?

Yes. There will be two full concession areas immediately inside the pavilion for an enticing variety of food and drink, including beer and wine. Vendors include Mr. Vs, Gail's, and Boulder Coffee inside, and Abbott's Frozen Yogurt and a kettle corn vendor outside the Pavilion. Click here to view a list of the specialty coffee drinks from Boulder CoffeeOnly refreshments purchased in the Pavilion – including alcoholic beverages, per NY State Law – will be allowed inside. Proceeds from all concessions purchased will go to support the RPO.

Where can I buy tickets to the Pavilion concerts?
