Season Ticket Holder Benefits
- One of the benefits of having season tickets to the RPO is the ability to exchange your tickets at no charge! If you find you need to exchange for an upcoming performance—you may do so for any other RPO concert at no charge up until 2:00 pm the day of the performance.
- Subscriber Standby! If—as a subscriber—you miss a concert in your ticket package, you can simply turn in your ticket for any upcoming concert and attend that one instead! All you have to do is show up the evening of the performance and turn in your unused ticket. *
- RPO Subscribers and Donors also have the opportunity to purchase or exchange RPO tickets before they go on sale to the general public.
- As a Subscriber, you also can purchase additional single tickets for RPO performances at a discount (excludes Special Events). Please use your Patron Number when ordering.
Ticket Exchange Policy
To make exchanges, simply call us at (585) 454-2100 and let us know which future concert you are unable to attend and which concert you would like as a replacement. We will do our best to seat you in a location as close to your original seats as possible.
Your exchange also may be made in person at our Box Office in the Eastman East Wing at 433 East Main Street, Rochester. Or, you can mail your exchange to us at this same address, send your request in to us by fax at (585) 454-7885, or e-mail us at tickets@rpo.org. Please include a daytime phone number where we can reach you in case of any questions.
Be sure to return your original tickets to us so we can ensure there are no surprises for anyone the night of the concert! This will help us to prevent any potential double-seating issues. You can return your tickets via fax, mail, or in person prior to the concert.
* Ticket redeption based on availability the day of the concert, and please note that your seat may not be the same as your originally scheduled subscription performance.
