MAHLER Symphony No. 2, “Resurrection”
A musical experience unlike any other. Arild Remmereit leads Mahler's monumental Symphony No. 2, the "Resurrection," a work the Rochester Philharmonic will be performing for the first time in over 20 years. Featuring a chorus of Rochester's best singers, Mahler's awe-inspiring "Resurrection" Symphony is a not-to-be-missed concert event. The concerts begin with the brief, poignant meditation on the story of Job by Fanny Mendelssohn, sister of Felix.
