Subscriber Ticket Exchange

Exchanging Your Tickets Online

We're excited to announce that RPO subscribers can now make ticket exchanges online! Read below for step-by-step instructions.

Who can exchange online?

At this time, online ticket exchanges are available exclusively to RPO subscribers. Please note that online exchanges can only be made for seats in the same price zone as your original seats. To exchange into a higher or lower price zone, please call the RPO Patron Services Center at 585-454-2100 or visit us in person at 108 East Avenue.

Can I purchase additional seats while making an exchange?
Additional seats cannot be added to your cart during the exchange transaction and must be purchased in a separate transaction. Follow these steps to add on seats next to or near your own seats:

  1. As you select seats in the new performance, find a row that has available seats equaling the TOTAL number of seats you’ll need, including the seats to be added on. 

  2. Exchange your previously purchased seats, noting the location, and complete the exchange transaction.

  3. After checking out, select “Buy Tickets” and complete a second transaction, selecting the additional seats you need.

 



How to Exchange Your Subscription (Series) Tickets Online


STEP 1:  Click here to begin.


STEP 2:  Sign into your account - OR Create an account if you have not done so previously.


 

STEP 3:  Click the “Manage My Account” button.

 


STEP 4:  After updating any personal contact information, click “Exchange.”

 

STEP 5:  Select the event that you wish to exchange OUT OF.

 


STEP 6:  Select the seat(s) that you wish to exchange OUT OF and click “Next.”

 

STEP 7:  Select the performance that you wish to exchange INTO.

 

 
STEP 8:  Select your seats.

  • On the Hall Map, the sections containing available seats in the same price level as your original seats will be highlighted.
  • Once the section (ie. Orchestra Left Center) is selected, click on the individual seats (highlighted green) to add them to the cart, then click “Next”
  • Adding additional seats to your order: At this time, the system cannot process the purchase of additional add-on seats during the exchange process. See the top of this page for instructions on how best to add on additional tickets next to or near the seats you are exchanging into.


 

    
 





STEP 9:
   Confirm your new performance date and seating choices, then Delivery Method.

  • Select “Print At Home” to have your tickets emailed to you within minutes. Watch your Junk Mail/Spam folders, as the emailed tickets may be sent there.
  • Service Charges:

      o    $1.50 for Print at Home tickets (emailed)
      o    $1.50 for mailed tickets
      o    There is no service charge for Will Call pickup night of the event.

 


STEP 10:  Re-confirm all “New Item” details. You will be responsible for any Service Charge fees. Continue to “Check Out.”

 


 
 

STEP 11:  A confirmation screen will appear. An additional exchange confirmation will be emailed to the address on file.
