Freedom Four
The ultimate in flexibility, the $164 Freedom Four Package gives you four vouchers that you may exchange for tickets for the best available seats in any combination (four to one concert, two to two concerts, or one to four different performances) for any 2010-2011 Season RPO performance.*
Purchase Freedom Four Vouchers at the Eastman Theatre Box Office, 433 East Main Street, Rochester or by phone at (585) 454-2100.
To redeem:
- In person, simply present your vouchers at the Box Office and select your seats. The Box Office is located at 433 East Main Street, Rochester, in the Eastman East Wing, and operates Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. (10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on non-concert Saturdays).
- By mail, send your vouchers, along with a self-addressed stamped envelope, to Eastman Theatre Box Office, 108 East Avenue, Rochester, NY 14604. Be sure to include a note with the dates of the concerts you wish to attend, a seating area preference and your daytime phone number.
- By fax, write the word VOID and the date in black ink across the vouchers you wish to use. Fax them with a note indicating the date of the concert you wish to attend, your name, address and phone number to (585) 454-7885, Attn: Box Office. Vouchers must be faxed no later than 2 p.m. the day of the performance to allow adequate processing time. Please note the RPO must be in physical possession of your vouchers before tickets are issued.
Vouchers may also be redeemed at the box office of the theatre beginning sixty minutes prior to the performance.
Freedom Four vouchers are good for RPO-presented concerts during the season in which they are issued only. Freedom Four is not a subscription and does not include Subscriber Benefits. The RPO reserves the right to limit the number of tickets available per concert for Freedom Four redemption. Freedom Four vouchers cannot be redeemed by phone, are not refundable, and cannot be replaced if lost. Once redeemed, tickets cannot be exchanged for another performance.
Vouchers for the 2010-2011 season expire July 31, 2011.
* Your Freedom Four vouchers may be redeemed for actual tickets through the Box Office at any time. These vouchers may be redeemed for best available seats in zones 2, 3 or 4 in any combination to most RPO series performances this season (excludes Joshua Bell and Christopher Seaman's Grand Finale).
