Discounts

Senior citizens (62+), students (with valid ID) and children are entitled to an advance 10% discount for regularly scheduled RPO Philharmonics and Pops Series concerts at the Eastman Theatre. Half-price "rush" tickets are available to senior citizens, students and children on the day of these concerts at the RPO Box Office, at Wegmans and at the concert site beginning 60 minutes prior to the performances.

Through the generous sponsorship of PAETEC Communications, Inc., the RPO offers college students discounted tickets to classical Philharmonics concerts during the week of the concert. Click here for more information.

All patrons one year of age and older need a ticket to attend a performance to comply with fire code regulations.

If you find that you cannot attend a performance, please don't let your tickets go unused. Tickets make excellent gifts for family, friends, colleagues and clients. If you are unable to make other arrangements, consider returning your tickets to us as a tax credit. Return your tickets to the RPO by 2 p.m. the day of the performance to make them available for resale. Tickets may not be exchanged or returned for tax credit after the concert has taken place.

The Box Office is located in the Eastman East Wing at 433 East Main Street, Rochester. We're open Monday through Saturday from 10 am to 5 pm (10 am to 3 pm on non-concert Saturdays). On concert evenings, tickets may be purchased at the box office beginning 60 minutes prior to the performance.

You may charge your tickets by phone at the RPO Box Office, (585) 454-2100. Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover are welcome. A convenience fee may apply. Unless otherwise requested, tickets ordered less than seven working days in advance will be automatically held for customer pick up. Tickets may be picked up at the Box Office during regular business hours or at the theatre beginning 60 minutes prior to the performance.

Buy By Mail

To order by mail, please write a note explaining your order, including your name, address and daytime phone number. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and personal checks are accepted for payment by mail. Ticket orders received less than seven working days in advance will be automatically held for customer pick up. Tickets may be picked up at the Box Office during regular business hours or at the theatre beginning 60 minutes prior to the performance.
