RPO Holiday Hours: The RPO Administrative Office and Box Office will be closed December 24 through December 28 and December 31 beginning at 2:00 pm through January 4. Normal hours resume on January 5. Tickets will be available online and at Rochester-area Wegmans stores during this time.
Please note: Holiday gift orders must be received by December 19 for timely delivery by December 24.

Discounts
Senior citizens (62+), students (with valid ID) and children are entitled to an advance 20% discount for regularly scheduled RPO Philharmonics and WPOP Series concerts at the Eastman Theatre. Half-price "rush" tickets are available to senior citizens, students and children on the day of these concerts at the RPO Box Office, at Wegmans and at the concert site beginning 60 minutes prior to the performances.
Through the generous sponsorship of PAETEC Communications, Inc., the RPO offers college students discounted tickets to classical Philharmonics concerts during the week of the concert. Click here for more information.
All patrons one year of age and older need a ticket to attend a performance to comply with fire code regulations.
If you find that you cannot attend a performance, please don't let your tickets go unused. Tickets make excellent gifts for family, friends, colleagues and clients. If you are unable to make other arrangements, consider returning your tickets to us as a tax credit. Return your tickets to the RPO by 2 p.m. the day of the performance to make them available for resale. Tickets may not be exchanged or returned for tax credit after the concert has taken place.

Visit the RPO Box Office at 108 East Avenue in downtown Rochester. We're open Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. (10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on non-concert Saturdays). On concert evenings, tickets may be purchased beginning 60 minutes prior to the performance at the box office in the theatre lobby. No service or handling fees are charged for in-person purchases at the RPO Box Office or at the concert site.
