Ways to Buy:
Call the RPO Patron Services Center at 585-454-2100. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover are welcome. A convenience fee may apply. Unless otherwise requested, tickets ordered less than seven working days in advance will be automatically held for customer pick up. Tickets may be picked up at the box office during regular business hours or at the theatre beginning 60 minutes prior to the performance.

Located at the entrance of the RPO’s administrative office (108 East Ave), the RPO Patron Services Center is your one-stop location for all your RPO needs—from subscription and single ticket purchases, to donations and special requests.
Regular Patron Services Center Hours: Monday through Saturday, 10 AM to 5 PM
2016-17 Holiday Hours:
Friday 12/23–Sunday 12/25: CLOSED in observance of the Christmas Holiday
Monday 12/26–Saturday 12/31: Open 10 AM – 3 PM (Shortened Holiday Hours)
Sunday 1/1 = CLOSED
Monday 1/2 = CLOSED in observance of the New Year’s Holiday
(Normal box office hours resume Tuesday, January 3)
Free 15-minute parking is available outside the RPO Patron Services Center, Monday-Saturday 10 AM-5 PM. Four-way flashers must be used when parking in these spaces. Paid parking during your visit to the Patron Services Center is also available just around the corner in the East End Garage (the first 15 minutes are free), or paid street parking can be found on the south side of East Avenue or on Gibbs Street.
Concert night ticket pickup:
On concert nights, RPO will-call tickets and concert tickets will be available at the Eastman Theatre Box Office (located in Eastman Theatre at 433 East Main Street) starting 90 minutes prior to concert time.

To order by mail, please write a note explaining your order, including your name, address and daytime phone number. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and personal checks are accepted for payment by mail. Ticket orders received less than seven working days in advance will be automatically held for customer pick up. Tickets may be picked up at the RPO Patron Services Center (108 East Avenue) during regular business hours or at the Eastman Theatre Box Office beginning 90 minutes prior to the performance. All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges on single ticket sales. Subscriber exchanges are subject to availability and are not permitted once a concert has past.
Subscriber Exchange Policy:
Philharmonics, Pops, and Compose Your Own Series subscribers can exchange tickets in their series for any Philharmonics, Pops, Nutcracker, Sunday Matinee, or OrKIDStra performance at no cost, as long as the exchange is within the same price zone. If upgrading to a higher price zone, the subscriber must pay the difference.
Sunday Matinee and OrKIDStra subscribers can exchange into any Philharmonics, Pops, Nutcracker, Sunday Matinee, or OrKIDStra performance, but must pay the price difference.
