This great series goes in depth with Music Director Christopher Seaman, as he fills in all the details about the stories behind the music, with the Orchestra playing musical excerpts. You’ll have the chance to learn even more during our live Q&A session following each one-hour performance.

From the Classical Era, to the Baroque, to the Romantics, and Contemporary—this season of Symphony 101 encompasses much-loved repertoire from each musical era.

After attending all four Symphony 101 concerts, you will graduate on to Symphony 201—included in your subscription package!

  • Friday evenings at 7:30 pm and Sunday afternoons at 2:00 pm
  • Performance Hall at Hochstein (unless otherwise noted)
