Instrument: Violin
With the RPO since: 1998
Most influential teachers: Camilla Wicks, Zvi Zeitlin and Magdalena Rezler
My earliest musical memory is dancing while my mother practiced piano.
I knew I would make music my career when I won first place in my elementary school music competition, despite a bad case of food poisoning.
Favorite composer: Beethoven
What is your favorite part of being an RPO member? Being surrounded by gifted and inspiring musicians all the time.
I've always thought it would be fun to be CEO of a major corporation. It would be a total change of pace, but it would still involve a great deal of creativity.
My favorite thing about Rochester is the Park Avenue neighborhood.
I love to dine at India House, because they have the most incredible sauces!
What do you think is the Orchestra's most important role in our community? A professional symphony orchestra adds an exciting dimension to city life.
