Mark Mandarano

Conductor Mark Mandarano is Principal Guest Conductor of the Moscow Chamber Orchestra. He has held positions with the Pacific Symphony Orchestra in Orange County, California and the American Symphony Orchestra in New York. With the Pacific Symphony, he has conducted more than 80 performances seen by more than 100,000 adults, families and schoolchildren. In the United States, Mr. Mandarano appeared with such orchestras as the Los Angeles Philharmonic and the Houston Symphony. In the spring of 2005, as a participant in the National Conductor Institute with Leonard Slatkin, he conducted the National Symphony Orchestra at the Kennedy Center in Washington, DC. Mr. Mandarano holds degrees from the Peabody Conservatory and Cornell University as well as a diploma with honors from the Fontainebleau Conservatory in France.
