Jeffrey Picón

Jeffrey Picón performs a diverse repertoire as both a concert singer and an opera singer. A Texas native, he is a graduate of the University of North Texas and The Curtis Institute of Music. His recent debut performance with the Arizona Opera was as Ali in Zémire et Azor by André-Ernest-Modeste Grétry. He also has sung Almaviva in the Opera Company of North Carolina’s production of Rossini’s The Barber of Seville. With Lyric Opera of Kansas City, he played Don Ottavio in Mozart’s Don Giovanni and Ramiro in Rossini’s La Cenerentola.

In concert, Mr. Picón performs nationwide. This season, he will take the stage with the New York City Opera in its productions of Carmen, Cendrillon, Madama Butterfly, and Tosca.
