Sarah Rosati

Rosati_Sarah1.jpgSarah Rosati is a junior in high school at the East Palmyra Christian School. She plays trumpet in the Concert and Jazz Bands, and plays in the bell choir. Her musical experiences include innumerable concerts with the Bach Children’s Chorus, five school musicals, and all-county and all-state choruses. She sang with the RPO last season in the performance of The Snowman, and in Mercury Opera’s production of Tosca.

She writes: “To be in Green Eggs and Ham and sing with Vera Mariner and the RPO is a dream come true for me.  I love this story and the way the music is so dramatic. I hope you have as much fun as I do.

"I would like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude to some wonderful people. The Bach Children’s Chorus has been an important part of my life for over 7 years. Karla Krogstad, the director of the BCC, has made learning difficult music easy and fun. We have learned many styles of music, including classical and folk music. She is the inspiration behind my desire to pursue a career in music. I also want to thank Sheila Buck and Holly Corcoran for their recent voice lessons. Most of all, I want to thank my mother and grandmother for their endless love and support without which, none of this would have been possible.”
