Jennifer Carsillo

Carsillo_Jennifer_128.jpgActress Jennifer Carsillo began her training in San Francisco at the prestigious American Conservatory Theatre's Young Conservatory. She continued with dance and language study at the Oberlin Conservatory and Indiana University, from which she holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees, respectively, in Violin Performance.

Carsillo has appeared in musical theater, independent film, stage productions, commercials, and on a variety of television programs aired on PBS, CBS, and NBC. A frequent narrator with symphony orchestras around the country, Jennifer Carsillo has performed well-loved classics such as Babar the Elephant, The Tortoise and the Hare, The Runaway Bunny, Beatrix Potter, and The Night Before Christmas, as well as contemporary works including Russell Peck’s The Thrill of the Orchestra and over a dozen performances of Bradford Ross’ A Family for Baby Grand.

Also a writer, Jennifer Carsillo authored an original narration for Prokofiev’s Lieutenant Kijé Suite that has been performed by orchestras in New York and Florida.
