Athene Mok

Mok_Athene_Headshot.jpgAthene Mok is a first-year graduate student at the Eastman School of Music under the tutelage of Professor Katherine Ciesinski. Originally from Hong Kong, she received her Bachelor of Music degree from the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts. Over the years, Mok has received various scholarships. Her main appearances in operas include Despina in Cosi fan Tutte, Valletto in L’incoronazione di Poppea, Hermia in A Midsummer Night’s Dream, and Pepík in The Cunning Little Vixen. Last May, she was selected to sing in a masterclass conducted by Renée Fleming in her hometown. This is her RPO debut.
